If we are talking about the repair of complex electronics, it is better not to save glue on the purchase of glue. Materials manufacturing materials have accurate viscosity, electrical conductivity, drying rates and strength after polymerization. They are difficult to replace their own manufacture. However, the homemade adhesives have its own niche of the application: they will be outlined in the case of urgent repair of small damage in contacts, and also serve as training material for work in the domestic workshop or school mug of young technicians.

The homemade analogue of the finished glue can be made with their own hands from inexpensive and affordable materials that are easy to find or buy in the nearest store. You only need to follow the instructions for the manufacture of adhesive at home.

Fast-drying glue (varnish) and graphite

The main advantage of graphite varnish is that all the components needed to make it in every home. The recipe for the manufacturer of the conductive lacquer with their own hands is extremely simple: finely crushed graphite powder mixed with a semi-liquid base. As a binder agent, you can use cyanoacrylate superclauses "moment" in tubes, colorless nitroquac, a tsaponlak or ordinary nail polish. Do not use colored varnishes, because they have pigment impurities that can reduce the electrically conductive properties of the mixture of the mixture.

As a source of graphite, you can take graphite (ordinary) medium softness or soft pencils. You should first check them with the tester and make sure that their core is made of graphite, does not contain additives and really conducts current.

Graphite powder

Another source of graphite is used batteries or copper brushes. The graphite rod is crushed with a sharp blade into powder. After receiving the desired amount of material in it, you should add the basis to it to dissolve with graphite to the state of the casis. The optimal ratio of powder and liquid is 4: 1. It follows to work quickly, because varnish dries quickly.

If superclauses are used as a solvent, the ingredients are mixed directly in the tube, printing it from the opposite side. Then the edge of the tube is again carefully closed and the resulting mass is squeezed to the sections intended for this through a narrow hole in the nose. This method is very convenient, since in this case, glue is preserved in a liquid state, it is easier to apply and not dirty hands.

Based on silver

Silver-based glue conducts electric current better graphite. The following components will be needed for silver:

  • Silver nitrate solution;
  • Formalin 1%;
  • Summer alcohol 5%.

Silver nitrogen solutions and ammonia are mixed in proportion 1: 1. Then the mixture is added dropwise. As a result of the chemical reaction, the restored silver falls into the sediment. It is filtered from the liquid, dried with warm air and mixed with glue or varnish. Electrically conductive glue is ready.

Aluminum powder and epoxy glue (resins)

Glue of good quality can be made from fine aluminum and epoxy resin powder. Aluminum can be molded from a piece of thick wire, an unnecessary aluminum line, spoons or forks. In contrast to graphite, aluminum is crushed not with a blade, but by means of hacksaw for metal or cutters. At the first stage, aluminum powder is mixed with a resin to the consistency of sour cream, without adding a hardener. Due to this, the glue does not dry, but remains liquid.

The catalyst is added directly before work. This glue, in contrast to the two previous two, you can prepare the future, and then split it into small portions and mix the hardener gradually. It is very convenient with a large amount of work requiring time.
